Smile :)

Orange Vs. Red This would probably pertain on our dance during our performance in our P.E. class. If you don’t know, our performance in P.E. is to dance with the different dumbbell exercises. What’s the result? It all ruined our presentation. It all started like this…
It was not weekend but definitely there were no classes. My group mates practiced and as usual, I’m not one of them. I chose to stay at home, do many assignments, sleep and spend my time in front of the computer. Surprisingly, they were able to plan and made some steps using our improvised dumbbell – [“Purifill”] drinking bottles. From there we were not able to practice as a group. Weeks passed and came the day of our performance. We were not so prepared for the dance but we were prepared for our dumbbells. [We colored some with red dye and some with orange dye. Half of our group will hold red dumbbells and will wear red shirts; the other half will hold orange dumbbells and wear yellow shirts.] And there, we performed on the stage with some of the second year students and the rest of our class as our audience including Ma’am. At least we have coordination – irony. [I was wearing white shirt when we danced.]

Comedy Skit Another performance in MAPEH particularly in Health. Our topic in Health is all about food-borne diseases and we need to have a short role play about it. Good thing, we thought of something that is very related to food-borne diseases. I’m not going to tell the whole story ‘cause it’s quite long. Anyway, here’s the cast:

Nikko O. – A student
Nikko M. – Plankton
Arrenzo – Fatrick
Lance – Scotch-bob
Jed – tv show host
Aries – Don camote [?]
Vhil – [excused]

NNNN! eNtertainment News Na Naman. [a part of the “Banana Split show]. I guess you already heard about this. Nevermind. I’ll just try to summarize the story. Well, it wasn’t really a good day when this happened. It was getting boring as time past by. Good thing Lance and I thought of something to have fun with. We thought of making our own version of NNNN! Lance as ‘kuya Boy’ and me as ‘Krizzy’. It was really very funny and we can’t hold to laugh and laugh. Want to know the whole story?? Just watch it in youtube. [type on the channel– ‘punta123tsaka’] Have fun!!

Benevolence - Between Good or Bad

Wednesday – 1st day of examination
Math The PT in math was easy. In fact, instead of cramming in solving so many problems, I was able to breathe a sign of relief after finishing the test ahead of time. And the good news was… it’s multiple choices. It’s really uncommon that our test in math was multiple choices, but believe me it’s true. [I really expected that our test would be long, full of problems and the time…this would be the problem. But luckily, in was not. :) ]
English I’m getting nervous when it comes to the PT in English. It wasn’t that long but I got confused with some of the questions. I analyzed the questions deeply but still I wasn’t able to finalize my answers. I feel my score would be at least 80… I hope it is.
Filipino Another language subject. The PT in Filipino was fine. I’m really wondering why it went well during the test in Filipino. Maybe, it’s because I studied hard. [hehe] :)
Adv. Stat. Two incidence: I spent so much of my time reviewing in Adv. Stat. And the bad news, the Pt was postponed. :0 Useless!

Thursday – 2nd day of examination
Chemistry The PT in Chemistry has a big difference from the PT in Nat Sci [*scary effects*] and in Biology [*sound of an owl*]. It’s such that the PT in Chem is very easy compared to the said two subjects. Anyway, that’s the good thing about there. Chemistry had been a good start for the 2nd day of examination.
Physics I didn’t expect that the PT in Physics would be that ‘easy’ or maybe, I am just thinking that it is easy but it was really not. It always comes to the point that nothing would be easy in Physics. But still at the end, I was able to realize that P6 … is a hard subject.
MAPEH “And the hardest exam goes to…[*drum beats*]…MAPEH!” [*claps.claps*] The PT in MAPEH was really the hardest exam. [it’s just because I haven’t reviewed well in MAPEH.] In fact, it was harder than P6. [I think this will only be temporary. We haven’t take the Pt in AP yet.] :)
Anal. Geom. …No comment…
A.P. [*tooooot*]

---------END OF PT-----------

Missed Occasion For the past days, I was never fund of hanging out and going with my friends. It’s such that I’m bored and I just want to stay at home, play computer, watch t.v or play basketball rather than to spend money just for an outing. And what’s the news about there? The fiesta in Maragondon. I really planned to go but at the end, I was stuck sitting on the computer chair.

A New Chapter

A Salute “Thank you and farewell President Cory Aquino.” Even tough I wasn’t born yet during the time where the Philippines was under a dictatorial government, I knew that Cory Aquino fought for the freedom of our country. She fought for democracy and built the foundation of our liberated country. She inspired thousands of people and led the country with humiliation. What we have now is all because of her. Now, I salute you for all your greatness, your love for the Philippines, and your faith in God. You have live your life in fullness and you fulfilled your mission. Now, you are in the arms of God and may your soul rest in peace.

A Day to Remember August 5, 2009 – Wednesday, The Burial of President Corazon Aquino. It was declared as non-working holiday so I was able to watch it. It had been a remarkable day in our history. I was touched when the mass was held. I can’t imagine myself losing my love ones. During the funeral march, thousands of people joined and grieve for the death of our beloved president. They block the roads and it was just like Ninoy Aquino’s death. To sum up, Cory Aquino had been the greatest leader of our dear nation. You will always be in our hearts.

Adjustments? And finally! We have a new sitting arrangement. [Or should I call it ‘cheating arrangement’. XD ] I am now sitting on the first column from the left and on the second row. My seatmate is Jona [*sound effects*] and the more interesting there is Jap who sits beside Jona. Anyway, I was just thinking if it’s really destined or it is just bad luck. It’s such that I sense something different in our new sitting arrangement. The way it was arrange and the way we were grouped [like a periodic table :) ] The fact is, me and Jap is a great tandem. The result of our combination would be… nothing but noisiness or more specific, ‘monkey business’ :p . Jona? What can I say about her? Loquacious would be the word that describes her personality. So what would I expect for this new sitting arrangement? Noise. But still at the end, I can manage to mingle with the flow. Our new sitting arrangement did not just bring ‘bad luck’. It also has some advantages [though I think it is only one]. Now, I am closer to the black board… [Since I sat on the left end of our row, I think I’ll have a problem on looking on the other side of the board] Loser! :(

About the Title “What’s about the title?” Ok. I’ll tell the story. This would be my first entry for the second grading period. “What happened on the entries for the first grading period?” We passed them. Since my font in all of my entries is very small, I was not able to read them when they were printed. Have you notice something on my entries? [I’m just asking to those who read my blog every week and to those who read my blog as their source :p .] As the week passed, my entries are getting shorter. [They are inversely proportional :) ] That’s why I’m making this blog long… :)

Farewell [This title wasn’t really appropriate.] The end is near. First grading has almost ended. And what bothers me most is the PT. My joyful days have come up to the last part. And my comfortable life has reached up to the last point.

Update

It was a memorable week…

Free time This week was memorable because we always have free time. Why am I so happy? We didn’t have AP this week. :D The bad thing is we had many assignments. Ahh…

Clean! -another reason why this week is unforgettable. *sigh* This would pertain on the day where we were sent out of our room. What would be the primary reason? Our room was…[how could I say it]… messy. And who will get mad if it happens? …Ma’am Arceo [*sound effects*]. In fact, she let us stay in the gym and let some of my classmates to clean the room. Our room was the hardest to clean. Good thing our group wasn’t assigned yet there. I believe next week it will be our turn… hope it is not.

Guitar Day [Friday] It was the guitar day. I really thought that this day would be boring and we’ll have lot of things to be done. I thought that no one would bring a guitar since there was no program. But my calculations were wrong. 4 or 5 of my classmates [if I am not mistaken] brought guitar. [Luckily, they were not confiscated] :D All I can remember from the guitars was AK’s. It was very nice and the good thing about it was the strap. It’s very rare to see an acoustic guitar with a strap. I really love it and I hope I can buy one also like that. [although I already have an electric guitar] Nothing more to say…

Salamat President Cory!

Sequel

I’m very sorry. This post was very late…

Birthdays!
Monday
It was the birthday of our ‘beautiful’ adviser, Ma’am Juliet [*sound effects*]. At first, I didn’t know that it was the birthday of Ma’am until I saw a cake. Note: the cake was…Red Ribbon. Unfortunately, I haven’t eaten a pinch of it :( It’s okay guys. When it’s my birthday, I’ll treat you a cake…Japanese cake! :p Moving on, since Ma’am Arceo had been our teacher and adviser last year, we prepared a program for her. The eskinita boys danced ‘Beat It’ and it’s pretty annoying. No need to elaborate.
Thursday This day was a special day for me. Oops, do not conclude yet. Let me explain why. July 23 is the birthday of my beloved teacher, Ma’am Lenny. She was my adviser during first year. Despite of being scolded, I still love her. She has been a part of my life. The birthday of ma’am seemed to be the reunion of our former section, I-Hydrogen. There were many cakes and we celebrated at our former room. [I miss my freshmen life] :) Do I need to continue? [no more]
Friday Carisse’s birthday. Nothing happened…

Out of Songs This week we got stuck of singing songs from the way back. [who knows when they were produced?] The fact is, those songs were very popular. Specifically, it was when we are playing ‘magasin’ in the guitar and almost all of my classmates where singing. [The result was… it rained hard in the afternoon] :p

Friday Jamming
This would lead me on the day where we were only 14 in the room. I never thought that this would happen. 14 out of 31 students were left on the room. Luckily, the result was good. We just played the guitar and… laugh, laugh and laugh. :D

Performance

Red Ball Pen Day This would probably lead me on the day where red ball pens were very useful in our class. We checked some of our PT. As I have remembered, those were math, chem., physics, anal geom., Filipino, English and AP. Some were not yet given to us. Do I have to tell my scores? NO! It’s a secret. [Good thing, I was never the goat.] :D
CBY: Perea
...Moving on...

Music, Arts, P.E., Health This week we had our PT in MAPEH. What can I say about it? It was very hard. [For me, nothing is easy] It was harder than our common tests in MAPEH during 2nd year. I never thought that it would come to a point that my mind can’t think of the answers. I was ‘brain freeze’. But I finished the test. Without missing a number. The fact is, I used my special technique… guess.

Practice Makes Perfect
[Thursday] It was the Induction of Officers. Our band planned to play a song for the program. [By the way, our band name is ‘Between Benevolence’ - bet ben for short. It was since last year when we are 2N. We were four in the band. Pau as the lead, Lance as the rhythm, Zeus as the drums and me as the bass. We don’t have a permanent vocalist. And we always lack of practice. Now, we were thinking to change our name. Any suggestions?] Moving on, we thought of playing ‘That’s what you get’ by paramore since it was easy. But our calculations were wrong. Our problems were we don’t have vocalist and we haven’t practiced it with drums. I have convinced some of the girls in our room that suit the song but they refused. We don’t have any choice but to choose Lara. And then Lara was our temporary vocalist. Our only problem left was our coordination. Good thing we have practiced before the program. We were all set. It’s time to rock!
Go Bet Ben!

That’s What You Get “We are Between Benevolence and we’ll play That’s what you get. Hope you like it…” And there. We performed on the stage with crowds in front of us. I hope our performance was all right. By the way, you can watch it in youtube. Hope you like it!

Analysis

It was the examination week...

Impossible! I am thinking if I should put this on my entry. Never mind… Anyway, I’ll just tell the story. This pertains on the day before the examination. If I am not mistaken, it suddenly rained hard in the afternoon. And what would you expect if that happens? “There would be no classes tomorrow!” I really wished that it would happen. [I’ll just review and rest for the whole day. How relaxing it would be…] But the rain just lasted for a short time. I’m such a Loser! :(

Wednesday – 1st day of examination
Math I can say that the PT in math was easy. The problem is that the time is not enough. I spent so much of my time for a number [I hope that number is correct] that’s why I haven’t answered some parts. Would you mind if I tell my scores? No need, we haven’t checked it yet. :p
English The PT in English was fine. Having 100 items or more was ordinary for me since I’m already a 3rd year student. I think my score will not be so pleasing. About 80% ?
Filipino Having 100 items or more was ordinary. But the test in Filipino was long, very long. About 200 items? No [too much exaggeration]. Between 120 and 150 [approximately]. In fact, I haven’t finished the test. I hope my score is high.
Adv. Stat 40 to 50 items is very common in subjects related to statistics. The PT in Adv. Stat. is only composed of multiple choices and constructing tables. I cannot say whether it is easy or hard but the thing is I am not sure of some of my answers.

Thursday – 2nd day of examination
Chemistry The PT in Chem. was all right. I think there’s no problem with it. I have reviewed Chem. for so many times and I hope my effort will not be wasted.
Physics What can I say? … Another science subject… I had a hard time answering in Physics. Some were very confusing and some were hard to understand. The PT was not that long. Let’s say, the essay was the hardest. It consumed my time in answering the test. [I was the last one to pass the test paper] :)
A.P. What would be my reaction? You know it… [It’s the end of the world] :) It was the hardest exam. It was really hard. I reviewed AP for so many times but still I had a hard time answering the questions. What would I expect? Expect the unexpected… :p
Anal. Geom. The PT in Anal. Geom. was… [no comment]
MAPEH I don’t know why we did not have our test in MAPEH. :D

Research Symposium [Friday] We all sat and listened for the whole day. I was very sleepy but I still managed to resist it. No need to elaborate…

Loser!
